Ice Cream Sundae (June 2017):

  • Vanilla Cake: gluten free flour, yogurt (2%), brown sugar, white sugar, milk (1%), filtered water, canola oil, eggs, vanilla bean, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, salt
  • Strawberry Filling: local strawberries, white sugar, cornstarch
  • Vanilla Buttercream: powdered sugar, butter, vanilla bean, cream (35%)
  • Chocolate Ganache: semisweet chocolate, cream (35%)
  • Garnish: maraschino cherry, sprinkles

Maple S’mores (July 2017):

  • Cookie Crust: Mi-Del arrowroot cookies, butter, local maple syrup
  • Dark Chocolate Cake: gluten free flour, yogurt (2%), brown sugar, dark cocoa powder, milk (1%), filtered water, canola oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, instant coffee, baking powder, salt
  • Maple Toffee Filling: condensed milk, butter, local maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla bean, salt
  • Marshmallow Meringue Frosting: egg whites, maple sugar, white sugar, local maple syrup, cream of tartar, vanilla bean

Peaches & Cream (August 2017):

  • Peach-Vanilla Cake: gluten free flour, buttermilk (1%), brown sugar, white sugar, Niagara peaches, filtered water, canola oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, salt
  • Peach Filling: local Niagara peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch
  • Peach-Vanilla Buttercream: powdered sugar, butter, peach filling purée, vanilla bean, Wiltons buttercup yellow food colouring

Caramel Apple (September 2017):

  • Apple Cake: gluten free flour, brown sugar, yogurt (2%), local Macintosh apples, local Royal Gala apples, filtered water, canola oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, salt
  • Caramel Cinnamon Buttercream: powdered sugar, butter, caramel sauce, cinnamon

Pumpkin Chai (October 2017):
